He is survived by: his spouse Verlina (Knapke); his children, Rick, Roxann Ahrens of St. Sebastian, Ken, Sue Ahrens of Coldwater, Kathy Hartke of St. Henry, Don and Alice Ahrens of Coldwater; and his siblings, Bob Ahrens of California, Irmie Wendeln of Sidney, Doris Ann Brunswick of St. Henry and Mary Knapke of Coldwater. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
