It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald S. Ray of Clyde, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin G. Ray and Hazel Ray; his brother Alton Ray (Betty); his brother-in-law Steve Mathews; his sisters, Doris Neidler (Ted) and Shirley Pfeifer-Vining (Pye); his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Mathews Ludban and Susan Mathews; and his nephew Dennis Neidler.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Mathews Getty; his children, Tari Jennings, Trudi Speer, Tod Ray, Troy Ray, Ty Ray (Janelle), Michael Getty (Mary Beth) and Andrew Ray (Laura); his grandchildren, Rob Jennings (Amber), Ashley Jennings, Kylee Ray, Kelsey Ray, Lucas Ray, Ben Ray (Krista), Alison Speer, Simon, Benji Getty, Molly and Wesley Ray; and his great grandchildren, Laynee, Emery Jennings, Braidyn, Brianna, Blake Dixie, Beatrice and Oden Ray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
