He was predeceased by: his father Wayne F. Phillips; his wife Nancy A. Timmons; and his siblings, Margaret Kiser, Vernon Phillips and Walter Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Doyle W. Phillips (Kathy) of Clyde, Toby Phillips of Fremont and Valeria Carter (Shawn) of Clyde; and his sisters, Treva Betts and Emma Eddinger. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren; over 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Southern Care Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice.
