She is survived by: her parents, Regina Marie (Hoffman) and Ricardo "Rick" Contreras of Fremont; her siblings, Madalyn Rose Contreras of Columbus and Michael Regino Contreras of Alliance; her grandmothers, Carol Hoffman and Adela Contreras; and her boyfriend Tomas Thompson of Sandusky.
