She is survived by: her children, Thomas Mendise, Jr. (Angela), Cristina Elish (Jay) and Michael Mendise (Erika); her grandchildren, Lucia, Maia, Mason Mendise, Brooke, Peyton, Camryn Elish, Dante, Anthony and Alissa Mendise; and her siblings, James LiPuma, Michael LiPuma and Gina Zdanowicz.
