He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrea Fabrizi and Lucia Fabrizi; and his siblings, Ana DiNino, John (Nancy), Emil (Patricia) and Silvio (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Rhonda, Frank Fabrizi Jr. (Michelle) and Emily Fabrizi (Joshua Pugh); and his grandchildren, Jacob Fagan, Emily Fagan, Nickolas Fabrizi, Vanessa Fabrizi, Manoa Thatcher, Kalia Thatcher and Domenic Fabrizi. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
