He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Welchans and Margaret Welchans (Kelly); his wife Nancy S. Welchans; and his son Anthony J. Welchans. He is survived by: his children, Ann (Jodi) of Charlotte, NC, Tom (Stephanie) of Jacksonville, FL and Paul (Jennifer) of Wyckoff, NJ; and his daughter-in-law Michele of Cleveland. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
