He is survived by: his spouse Michol; his children, Patrick Jr. (Victoria), William (Lauren), Mary Kitko (John), Colleen Roshetsky (Bohdan), Keri Dowling, Meghan Cook (Matthew) and Therese Dowling; his grandchildren, Edward "Trey" Nies (Gladys), Dean Dowling, Sean Kitko (Tessa), Michol Adele "Addie" Dwyer (Dan), Brian Kitko (Kristen), Victoria "Tori" Dowling, Michol Dowling, Patrick "Bingo" Dowling, Connor Kitko, Cecilia Dowling, Sean Grace Dowling, Brenna Kitko, Reilley Dowling, Demere Dowling, Kieran Dowling, Brendan Dowling, Sullivan Cook, Liam Dowling, Gillian Cook and Isla Cook; and his great grandchildren, Jesse Stewart, Gabriele "Gabby" Nies, Isabel Dwyer, Juliana Dwyer, Finnian Kitko, Lucy Kitko, Rosemary Dwyer, Baby Kitko and Baby Dwyer. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
