He was predeceased by: his parent Tad W. Perham; his sister Megen Perham; and his grandparents, Steven Novakowski, William and Sandra Perham.
He is survived by: his mother Shannon L. Perham (Lewis); his siblings, Tim and Rian Perham; and his grandmother Barb Novakowski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home.
