He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sherilyn Levine; his children, David Levine and Marni Conte (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole, Jordan and Hannah; and his sister Sandi Matheson.

No Visitation due to COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
