He was predeceased by: his spouse Hanna; his sibling Michal Berger (Shoni); and his parents, Juliana Ekstein and Miska Ekstein. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Levine (Adam) and Lori Ekstein; and his grandsons, Jacob and David.
