Faye D. Kaplan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faye D. Kaplan (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on June 4, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Samuel Appleton and David Kaplan; her parents, Joseph Mendes and Mollie Mendes; and her brother Harold Mendes (Barbara).

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Appleton (Marty Resnik), Garry Appleton (Stephanie Longley) and Paul Appleton (Cheri Mancini); her stepdaughter Donna Murphy (Michael); her grandchildren, Sam Resnik, Lydia Resnik, Christopher Appleton (Alyson), Kathleen Appleton (Patrick Kane), Caroline Barrie (George), Kelley Appleton (Wesslen Cantwell), Casey Appleton and Brian Anyzeski; her great grandchildren, Hattie, Henry, Arlo, Frankie, Freya, Luka, Emily, Drew, Wayde and Brianna; and her brother Morton Mendes (Patti).
