She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert E. Hafele. She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Urbanek (Michael) and Carolyn Kondrat (late James); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Roknich (Scott), Julie Zarzycki (Scott), Allison Urbanek, James Kondrat, Katie Parisi (Brian) and Caroline Pollick (Drew). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
