He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Brien and Agnes O'Brien; and his siblings, Marie Bovitt (Tom), Margie Anderson (Andy), Tom O'Brien Anna Mae (Helen), William O'Brien (Teresa), Pat Horacek (Ron) and Kathy Gyongyos (Marty).

He is survived by: his wife Judy A.; his children, Daniel Jr. (Denise), Tracy Krumroy (Bill) and Thomas (Ginger); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Dominick, Nick, Rachel, Gia, Natalie and Jessica; his great grandchild Luna; his brother John O'Brien (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Gorze' (late Lou) and Ernest Di Vincenzo (Joan).
