He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Hallett); his children, Jennifer Lewis (Phillip), Kimberly Baker (David) and Douglas (Amy); his grandchildren, Andrew, Kaleb Lewis, Amelia, Noah Baker, Cara and Peter Forsberg; his siblings, Margaret (Mills) and Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Kauper, Arthur and Deborah Hallett.
