She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Parker and Bertha Clark Parker. She is survived by: her sons, Willard Smith (Bethany) of Chillicothe and Kenneth Smith (Katrina) of Clarksburg; her stepchildren, Frances Downing of Clarksburg, Daphne Allen (Billy) of Chillicothe and Charles Puckett (Carol) of Chillicothe; and her sisters, Erma Heinz of Jamestown and Florence House. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren.
