Marvin George Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin George (Clarksburg, Ohio), born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Cox George and Pauline Gray; his stepfather Harley Gray; and his siblings, Barbara Rheyne and Gary George.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Greenwalt; his daughter Jayne Simon (Wayne) of Charlotte, NC; his stepsons, David Hall of Clarksburg, Douglas Hall of Galloway and Dwayne Hall (Staci) of Grove City; his sister Frances Clark of Cambridge; and his brother-in-law Bill Rheyne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a graveside service will be held 1 p. m. Thursday, April 16, 2020 in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe with Steve Walker officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Heartland Hospice 205 North Street Suite 400, Lucasville, Ohio 45648.
