He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra; and his brothers, Tim and Sam. He is survived by: his father Denny; his stepparents, Emma and Donald (Darlena); his sisters, Dawnella and Denise; his children, Dawn, Travis and Troy; his children-in-law, Brandy, Felicia and Dwayne; his grandchildren, Kallie, Miley, Geri, Elizabeth, Bentley, Aiden, Hunter and Ethan; and his close friends, Rob Perry, Ed Patrick and Scott Smith.
