It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Freeman Hughes of Circleville, Ohio, born in Martin, Kentucky, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph Hughes and Maza Rebecca Crisp Hughes; and his siblings, Mary Magdalene, Ernest Lewis, James, Hager, Joan and Philemon.

He is survived by: his wife Geneva Caudill Hughes; his children, Cheryl Satariano (Tony Satariano) and David Hughes (Jon Boston); his grandchildren, Anthony Satariano (Aubrey) and Caitlin Satariano; his great grandchild Charlie Satariano; and his brother William Russell Hughes of Auxier, KY..
