She was predeceased by: her father Charles Stewart; her former husband Virgil Penrod; her husband L. Tom "Turkey Tom" O'Neill; and her daughter Ruby Penrod. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Holbert (Bill) of Chillicothe, Mike (Kim) of Chillicothe, Treva Jo Ward of Chillicothe, Cherry Skaggs of Chillicothe, Ed Penrod of Chillicothe, Billy Penrod of Chillicothe, Melinda Painter of Chillicothe and Corey Penrod (Shelena) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
