He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Cuzzolini and Mary Cuzzolini (Frustini); his parents-in-law, Dr. Thomas and Marian Parks; his brother Anthony Cuzzolini; and his daughter Fegan Kathryn Parks Cuzzolini.
He is survived by: his wife Hope Parks; his children, Christian Michael and Ella Elizabeth; his siblings, Peter (Linda), John (Cheryl) and Lena; his sister-in-law Jeanette Cuzzolini; his brother Clayton; his sister-in-law Erin Parks; his sister Jessica; his brother-in-law Brian McDonald; his friends, Marlee, Elijah, Alec, Mary, Mark and Dee; and his children, Jacob Stinnett, Seminarian David Johnstone, Dr. Jeffrey Rose and Dr. Kathleen Villarreal. He is also survived by five nieces, five nephews, two grandnephews, a grandniece, plus numerous cousins.
