He was predeceased by: his father Harold Anthony Hummel; his grandmother Goldie Baker; and his aunts, Joann Clemmons and Betty Baker. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Baker Hummel of Chillicothe; his close friend Monica Stewart of Chillicothe; his siblings, Harold Anthony Burnett of Chillicothe, Todd Burnett (Gina) of Kingsport, TN, Gary Burnett of Chillicothe, Kathleen Bowman of Chillicothe and Tina Rinehart of Chillicothe; his aunt Genieva Cottrill of Chillicothe; and his uncle James Baker of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
