He was predeceased by: his son Justin Johnson; and his stepfather Donald Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick L. Johnson and Betty F. Johnson (Grubb); his brother Brian Keith Johnson; his nephew Drew Johnson; his niece Jennifer Johnson; his great-nephew Quinten; his close friends, Rocky Penrod and Brent Hurley; and his pet Bandit.
