He was predeceased by: his father Ralph L. Miller; his siblings, Mary Hayes, Anna Boreland and James Miller; and his daughter-in-law Anita Graves.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Graves and Debra Slutz (Tony) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Dawn Throckmorton (Matt), Richard Graves, Danielle Byers (Robert), Dillon Carroll and Dalton Slutz; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Seth, Axton, Grayson, Guage, Gentry, Gavin and Gunner; and his sister Virginia Knox (Lawrence) of Chillicothe.
