She was predeceased by: her parents, James Skaggs and Martha Knapp Skaggs; her spouse Pastor James A. Cook; and her sisters, Pamela Hammond and Eleanor Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Cook, Jimmy Cook, Ali Porter of Christopher, Heaven Cook of Chillicothe and Breea Cook of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Brianna, Brady, Alyson, Emberli, Grace, Tasha, Nick, Marie and Salem; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Benson, Liam, Lianna, Bexleigh, Ava, Maria, Ashur, Atty, Declia and Betty; her brothers, Gene Skaggs (Karen) of Chillicothe and Curtis Skaggs (Ruth) of Chillicothe; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Cook (Carolyn) of Chillicothe, Buddy Cook of Frankfort and Debbie Finnegan of Columbus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom they considered their kids.
