She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Smith and Walter B. Smith; her husband George A. Cottrill; her siblings, Robert W Smith and Ruth Evelyn McKinnis Shepherd (Billie); her niece Cheryl Ann McKinnis Roach; and her friend Karen Sue Day.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte A Cottrill; her nieces, Bobbi Smith, Kathleen Smith Detty, Mary Smith Whisler and Sandra Smith Haas; and her close friends, Rose, Harry Benson, Janie White, Laura Thompson, Margie Prince and Cheryl Prince Godfrey. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
