It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Jane Blazer of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles O. Simmons; and her brothers, Steve Simmons Stephenson and William R. "Billy" Simmons. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Warner Simmons (Alvin "Paps" Howard); her daughter Harley Hart (Sean); her grandchildren, Shawn, Addlyn and Jaxxon; and her siblings, Cecil "Bud" Simmons, Dwight "David" Simmons, Fred Simmons (Lynn), Charles Harold Simmons (Emma), Patricia "Patty" Simmons, Cherie Sturgill (Mike), Mary Collins and Rose James (Clyde). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help the family.
