We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 67, Madelyn McCollister of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellwyn McCollister and Evelyn Moore McCollister; her sisters, Karen Phoehl and Rebecca Nichols; her brothers-in-law, Darrell Proehl and Oakley Nichols; her nephew Nathan Nichols; and her niece Jillian Nichols.

She is survived by: her brother Ellwyn McCollister (Teena) of Chillicothe; and her aunt Joice Moore of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests, memorial contributions may be made to the Ware Funeral Home, 121 W. 2nd St. Chillicothe, OH 45601.
