He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Bell and Jeanette Cockrell; his stepfather John Parrett; and his siblings, John Parrett Jr., Mary Penelope Parrett and Steve Bell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Liberty C. Bell (Matthew N. Krebs) of Chillicothe and Lauren C. Bell (Bo Lawson) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Nicholas M. Krebs and Willa White; and his siblings, Brad of London and Anne Bell of London.
