It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Baker of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Adelphi, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Skinny" and Frances Riddle (Reed). She is survived by: her husband George E. Baker; her sons, Todd Baker and Scott Baker (Teresa); her grandsons, Ethan Baker (Cheyanne) and Tyler Baker; her great grandchild Bennett Baker; and her sister Joyce Rahe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
