It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua McIntosh of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen McIntosh and Barbara Jean McIntosh (Fields). He is survived by: his partner Erin McCarthy; his son Joshua Douglas McIntosh II; his stepson Leland Anthony Moser; his siblings, Sean McIntosh and Kim McIntosh; and also, Dakota, Caleb and Sindey.
