Blackburn (Heath Harless) of Inez, KY, Jaxson R. Houston-Bixler of Chillicothe and Alyson R. Houston-Bixler of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Dana R. Marks of Akron, Deanne L. Houston of Chillicothe and Jason A. Hall of Columbus. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
