He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harris and Kay Harris (Webb). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Webb (Rinehart); his daughters, Rylee Pulsinelli (Cody) and Morgan Webb; his sisters, Alicia Harris and Crystal Tackett; his grandmother Thelma Miller; his parents-in-law, Steven and Rachel Rinehart; and his sister-in-law Tiya Skaggs (Adam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends.
