He is survived by: his wife Linda Gardiner; his children, James Saunders (Mary) of Chillicothe, Paul Saunders (Cheryl) of Chillicothe, Brenda Saunders (Billy Guysinger) of Chillicothe and Brian Saunders of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cottrill (Dustin) of Londonderry, Dustin Hougland (Reeanna) of Waverly, Briana Osborne of Chillicothe and Josh Barlage (Carrie) of Des Moines, IA; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Tate, Trent and Sam; and his sister Mary Vaughn (Paul) of Wilmington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
