He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cook (Skaggs); his children, Jeremy Cook, Jimmy Cook, Ali Porter of Christopher, Heaven Cook of Chillicothe and Breea Cook of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Brianna, Brady, Alyson, Emberli, Grace, Tasha, Nick, Marie and Salem; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Benson, Liam, Lianna, Bexleigh, Ava, Maria, Ashur, Atty, Declia and Betty; and his siblings, Dan Cook (Carolyn), Buddy Cook and Debbie Finnegan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
