He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor Chester and Ernest Chester; his wife Cathy Ann Riley; his children, Christy Lee Mallow of Chillicothe, OH. and Casey Edwin Chester (Carol); his stepdaughter Mandy Michelle Quinn (Frank) of Circleville, OH.; his grandchildren, Donald Brady Mallow, Jeffrey Chester, Orlando of Florida, Isobel Quinn of Circleville, OH and Brady; and his close friend Don Neff. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
