She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Pontious and Rebecca Bost Pontious; her husbands, Richard Lee Payne and Roger Bostwick; her sons, Jeff Payne Sanford and Terry Bostwick; her grandson Roger "DJ" Simmons; and her siblings, Roberta Speakman, Beatrice Mowbray, Ilene Zeisler, Paul, Donald and Gerald "Bud" Pontious.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Payne, Jr. (Judy), Brenda Bryans (Jim) and Elizabeth Jeffrey (Jeff) of Iowa, LA; her grandchildren, Michele Smith, Richard Payne (Mishion), Mark Johnson, Shawn Hardin, Stacy Johnson, Misty, Kristy Johnson of James, Jamie Bryans (Heather), Carrie Ann Casey of Georgia, Jason Simmons (Gertinna) of Louisana, Lacy Roberts and Jessica Bisgaard; her sisters, Delitha Daniels and Beverly Hollis; and her great grandchild Leeum (Squirt). She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren.
