He was predeceased by: his father David Justice; his son Timothy Justice; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Justice and John Legge. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Justice (Marita) of Kentucky; his siblings, Rosemary Legge of Kentucky, Bernie Justice of Florida and Charles Justice of Florida; and his daughter Alva Ritenhouse (Mark) of Ohio. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
