He was predeceased by: his father Carl L. Jones. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Jones (Smith); his sisters, Carla Wrightsel (Todd) of Chillicothe, Charmin Zambarrano (Ron) of Chillicothe and Charlotte Jones of Frankfort; his aunt Virginia Baird of Nellie, OH; and his close friend John Copper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Ross County Humane Society or to the Ross County Wildlife Department in honor of Garrett.
