We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2022, at the age of 73, Fred C. Cook of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Washington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lester Cook; his wife Janet Jenkins; and his brothers, Doyle Leighty and Lester Stanley Cook. He is survived by: his sister Patricia A. Nagy of Lyons, IN; his nephews, Daniel, Joseph and Paul Nagy; his caregivers, Alice Martin, Patricia Detty and Julie; and his pet Pretty Girl.
