He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sparks; his former wife Cinda Sparks; his stepmother Donna Sparks; his children, Jacqueline Hartley (Steven Hartley), David Sparks (Lindsay Sparks) and Melissa Kuntz (Thomas Bryan); his grandchildren, Sara (Austin Hatfield), August (Jacob Vernatter), Stevie Hartley (Grace Hanna), David, Calvin, Tyler Sparks, Westly, Tristin, Caleb and Samantha Bryan; his great grandchildren, Adley Sparks and AJ Hatfield; his brother Fred; and his former wife Sherri Schinkle.
