Rogers; his children, Charles Orr II (Melea) of Chillicothe, Kathy Steele (Tony) of Laurelville and Melissa Scarrett (Bryan) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Cassandra Karr (Brian), Tieana Stonerock (Cody), Robert Orr, Tylor Orr, Brittney Brown (Chad), Hillary Davis and Rayna Scarrett; his great grandchildren, Nicolas Karr, Zakary Karr, Rory Karr, Olivia Stonerock, Chase Brown, Aubrey Brown and Alexis Davis; and his sisters, Virginia Orr (Norman) of Florida, Shirleen Johnson (Dave) of Baltimore and Laverne Palmer (Cal) of Oxford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
