With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Hammond of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Wellston, Ohio, who passed away on April 1, 2022 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Hammond to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Eldon; her grandson Jeffrey Sean River; and her siblings, Francis Zimmer and Orville Jones. She is survived by: her husband James E. Hammond; her children, James Jeffrey Hammond of Chillicothe, Cathy Lynne Hammond of Chillicothe and Susan Elaine Locklear (Keith) of Chillicothe; and her pet Cindy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
