He is survived by: his parents, David Allen Butcher Sr. and Opal Butcher (Jewell); his brother David Allen Butcher Jr.; his stepfather Ron Karshner; his grandfathers, George Bee Jewell Sr. and Bruce Wade Butcher; and his aunts and uncles, Andrea Canter, Melissa Butcher, Roseanna Fyffe, Jessie Jewell and Bruce Butcher. He is also survived by family members and friends.
