She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Norman James Mitchell (Sueellen Althouse) of Chillicothe, Kelly Smith and Betty Jo Wipert (Keith); her stepsons, Jamie McElwee of Chillicothe and B. J. Mitchell of Chillicothe; her sisters, Carol Strouse (Roger) of Bainbridge, Valerie Sever (Oscar) and Melissa Williams (Norman); her brother-in-law Gary Kalor; and her close friend Amy Sabo. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
