He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Rozell, Sr. and Sarah Carlene Rozell (Pence); his grandson Granville David Peterson; and his brothers, Robert D. Rozell, Jr. and Earl Eugene Rozell.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Barrow; his children, Bethany Ann Rozell (Joseph Peterson) and Benjamin Rozell (Christina) of Chillicothe; his brothers, William Wesley Rozell (Cindy) and Michael Lee Rozell; his parents-in-law, Don and Ann Barrow; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Rozell, Virginia Rozell and Gary Barrow.
