He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bailey Suiter; his sons, Michael Suiter (Christle) of Chesapeake, OH, Dean Suiter (LeAnn) of Chesapeake, OH and Steve Suiter (Tammy) of Chesapeake, OH; his brother Dr. Phil Suiter of St. Albans, WV; his grandchildren, Joshua, Rebecca, Meagan, Kayla, Matthew, Bailie, Austin Suiter and Brandon Julian; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Shaylen, Gunner and Grayson.
