He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren W Burdick and Marguerite Curry Burdick; and his sisters, Deborah Blackburn of West Logan, WV. and Patricia Hayhurst of West Logan, WV.. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Chad David Rakes (Andrea) of Robinette, WV, Mary Deborah Rakes of West Logan, WV, Daniel MacKenzie Blackburn of West Logan, WV, Heather Ann Burgess Taylor, Joseph Lee Brewster II (Janna) and Aiden of Greenville, SC.; and his friends, Mark Stark, Tom, Libby Bosley and Paul Callicoat.

In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations be made to the Hospice House of Huntington, WV.
