He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James M. Bailey and Jan Eugene Harr. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Harr and Angie Harr of Chesapeake; his siblings, Eric Harr of Chesapeake, Ohio and Taylor Harr of Kenova, WV; his half-sister Jordan Elizabeth Nelson of Kenova, WV; his grandparents, Marsha Bailey of Kenova, WV, Dave and Sherry Luther of Proctorville, Ohio; his pet Nico; and also, Michele and Kristina. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and FRIENDS.
