He is survived by: his wife Dee Chapman; his son Derek Chapman (Robyn) of Proctorville, OH; his grandsons, Jack and Max Chapman; and his brother Terry Chapman (Gloria) of Barboursville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
